Allow them to familiarize your voice to prevent them from getting distracted with the other factors in the classroom. That is essential when their parents want them to have a normal setting as much as possible. That will include a few classmates and lessons that are taught everywhere. Your voice just needs to be their guiding light.

Make it a rule for them to raise their hand whenever they want to ask something or contribute to the lesson. Again, you need to promote a normal environment as much as you can. In that scenario, you will be on the good side of their parents and you are doing your part in collecting funds for this very special center.

If their vision is not totally damaged, then small gestures such as placing them on the front row can be truly appreciated. What is essential is that you become more selfless in this job. This not about making money and supporting yourself. When you take on this role, then you have to leave yourself to become the teachers to others.

Make an effort to remember all of their names. Never underestimate how this act can put a huge smile on their faces. Again, this will always be a selfless act for a profession.

Lastly, you ought to persevere because the only hope of these children is you. One can get tired in repeating lessons for more emphasis but that is part of the deal. Just continue what you have started and always consult their parents for you to be properly guided in the interaction.
